Project Overview:
180 Bank Street, or ‘The Butter Factory’ due to its previous historical significance as a bonafide Butter Factory, has been completely restored with over 2,580 sqm of multi-tenancy offices ready for lease.
This building underwent a full restoration with only the highest quality state of the art lighting and lighting automation system. The electrical fit-out transformed the heritage-listed site into a functional and contemporary commercial space while preserving its industrial character. The project involved a complete services upgrade, including the integration of modern power distribution, energy-efficient LED lighting and a robust data and communications backbone to meet the demands of multiple tenants.
The infrastructure upgrades have really come into their own on completion, and the quality of work on display is incredible.
Under the direction of Renascent this once century old empty shell has been brought into the Modern Age for a series of lucky tenants.
