The electrical spec fit-out at 452 Johnston Street in Abbotsford was designed to deliver a high-performance, future-ready workspace that meets the expectations of modern tenants. 6 Tenancies were Fitout across the duration of this project. The scope included the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting, power distribution to open-plan work zones and provision for future tenancy upgrades. Elecflight partnered with Darkon to modify large proportions of the existing base-building fittings, taking a minimal interventionist approach to liven up these exciting spaces for prospective tenants.

Essential infrastructure was also integrated, including dedicated comms pathways, switchboard modifications and cable management systems to support flexibility in layout. The fit-out of these Spec Suites were executed to a high standard, ensuring compliance with current regulations while offering adaptability for a wide range of commercial occupants.
