The electrical fitout for The Executive Centre’s (TEC) latest project at Collins Place, Melbourne represents a wonderful example of what great electrical work can bring to the workplace. In collaboration with MPA. Spanning 1,500 sqm, the high-quality flexible workspace designed by Group GSA required a tailored electrical solution to seamlessly support its diverse functions, from private offices and coworking spaces to meeting rooms, a member’s lounge, concierge, barista café, event space, and state-of-the-art technology hubs. Our works incorporated precision lighting design, power distribution, and integration of advanced AV and data systems to complement the sophisticated interiors, including micro-cement feature walls, walnut-finished joinery, and Mirvac asset’s iconic floor-to-ceiling windows. The result is a refined, high-performance environment that not only looks exceptional but operates efficiently to meet the demands of a modern, connected workplace.
