We’re proud to have helped bring this historic Melbourne landmark back to life, returning Dan Murphy’s to its original 1952 home within the Prahran Arcade. This project carefully balanced preservation with performance, ensuring the character and heritage significance of the site were respected while delivering the functionality expected of a modern retail environment.

Working alongside MPA Projects, we delivered a comprehensive electrical and lighting upgrade that seamlessly merges heritage charm with contemporary innovation. The scope included replacement of the main switchboard, installation of a 30 kVA generator with automatic transfer switching, CAT6A structured cabling, a fully integrated PA system and architectural feature lighting. Every element was executed with precision and sensitivity to the building’s strict heritage overlay, resulting in a revitalised space that honours its past while supporting the future of the iconic Dan Murphy’s brand.
