Project Overview:
We were proud to be appointed by MPA to deliver the electrical fit-out for the Holding Redlich offices, located across three floors at 500 Bourke Street. This sophisticated legal office fit-out featured an interconnecting staircase and a striking custom tram installation, elements that demanded early contractor involvement and precise coordination. The electrical scope included integrated lighting and power solutions, tailored to support the unique workflows of a contemporary law firm. A centralised comms room was installed with direct penetrations made to upper floors to eliminate the need for multiple communications rooms and backbone cabling. We brought practical insight into the operational needs of the firm, allowing us to provide refined solutions from day one. Our longstanding relationship with MPA, alongside strong collaboration with Woods Bagot, Acuity, Aston Consulting, and landlord ISPT, enabled a seamless delivery.
